We are currently hiring for the positions of Customer Service Representative and PHP (Magento 2) Full Stack Developer.
Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer customer inquiries through phone and email.
– Identify and resolve customer complaints and problems in a timely and professional manner
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures
– Maintain customer records and documentation accurately and confidentially
– Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the company
Qualifications:
– At least HS Grad (old curriculum)/SHS Grad/College Undergrad with at least 6 months of BPO Experience
– 4-year college grad – no experience needed
– Excellent communication skills
– Amenable to working on site
– At least 18 years of age
– Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
– Available to start ASAP

PHP (Magento 2) Full Stack Developer
Responsibilities:
– Provide full-service web solutions from front end development to backend programming, and system design and architecture
– Understand and support e-commerce data organization and relationships, including store catalogs (categories, products, attributes) and custom product configurators.
– Implement best practices for responsive design and mobile-friendly programming
– Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document, deploy and provide ongoing support for all web applications
Qualifications:
– Graduate of College or Vocational Course related to the field
– Experienced with version 2 of Magento and Magento M2E
– Competitive in using Javascript and PHP as programming languages
– Willing to work in a graveyard shift
– Can work ASAP!
